The brand-new home for Toyota Bristol (Cribbs Causeway) and Lexus Bristol is in a prominent location on the easy to access Hayes Way, close to The Mall Cribbs Causeway, north of Bristol, just off Junction 17 of the M5 – the heart of Bristol shopping and retail outlets.
Toyota Bristol (Cribbs) and Lexus Bristol is packed with technology, the modern, contemporary centre design heralds a new age of customer experience, delivering an outstanding environment for retail and business customers to enjoy the new Toyota and Lexus model ranges. With floor to ceiling windows allowing light to flood the space, the bright and airy showrooms provide a great location to learn about the features and performance of the hybrid, plug-in and commercial vehicles on display.
The enhanced service lounge provides a wonderful, relaxing environment to wait or work in, with the alternative option of a unique ‘shop while you drop’ experience at The Mall Cribbs Causeway Shopping Centre, with customers being collected when their vehicle is ready.
For Toyota, it will be a major change from their location on Gloucester Road, which in a former life, was the Runway Inn public house, and where they’re represented Toyota for over 30 years. The new location is the largest Toyota Centre in the UK and fully embraces the latest Toyota Retail concept.
Lexus Bristol move from their location at Pioneer Park, Whitby Road, to a much more spacious environment, specifically designed to showcase the enhanced Lexus range available.

Both dealerships will be branded as Marshall – further to Marshall Motor Holdings plc’s acquisition of Motorline Holdings Limited (including all of its subsidiaries) in October 2021. The brand-new home for Toyota Bristol (Cribbs Causeway) and Lexus Bristol also includes an extensive selection of Toyota Approved used and Lexus Select pre-owned vehicles on display, increased parking provision, electric charging points facilities and the Marshall Training Academy.
Lexus Bristol opens for business at the new location on Monday 6th December, with Toyota Bristol (Cribbs Causeway) opening on Thursday 9th December 2021.
