SUPER MARSHALL SKODA TRIUMPH IN RETAILER OF THE YEAR AWARDS

On Friday 12 February, the annual ‘Retailer of the Year Awards 2020’ commenced virtually. Every year, SKODA UK conduct an awards which consist of scorecards based on sales performance, people excellence and customer satisfaction.

We are delighted to confirm that Marshall SKODA walked away (albeit online!) with a plethora of wins!

2020, as we all know, brought new business and operational challenges and we are delighted to announce that Marshall has been recognised for a number of stellar performances across its 12 SKODA retailers.

The first award of ‘People Excellence’ was awarded to every single retailer across the nation for everyone’s huge commitment during the COVID pandemic. Well done all!

Both Marshall SKODA Barnstaple and Marshall SKODA Nottingham were crowned finalists for the ‘Digital Experience Award’. Both dealerships had impeccable virtual interaction across both sales and service during the pandemic which really shone through.

Many elements are measured against the ‘Sales Scorecard’ award but Marshall SKODA Newbury trumped the division with being awarded a finalist. Ian Ross and his team have a great set of core practices and fantastic customer service.

But the recognition didn’t stop there… both Marshall SKODA Leicester and Marshall SKODA Northampton were both titled finalists for the ‘Most Improved Retailer’. However, Northampton’s performance shone the brightest with Steve Dunn (General Manager), Neil Day (Sales Manager) and Jules Horlick (Aftersales Manager) being awarded the winner for 2020! The sites sales score card actually tripled in performance year on year. A huge congratulations to Northampton!

The smooth approach of both Marshall SKODA Leicester and Marshall SKODA Bedford with their ‘Used Vehicle Sales’ allowed them both to be finalists for this award. However, Marshall SKODA Leicester triumphed the finalists with coming out on top. Congratulations to Marshall SKODA Leicester who won the award with consistency performance across all metrics. 

To conclude the awards, Marshall SKODA Barnstaple and Marshall SKODA Oxford finished in the ‘National Top 20 Overall’. But better still, Marshall SKODA Newbury hit the jackpot with finishing in the ‘National Top 10 Overall’.
