with that of BMW i. As a result, the BMW i4 M50 with its fully electric
drive fed by two BMW M eDrive motors develops a tremendous 544hp in
Sport Boost mode and offers the typical BMW M dynamics in a hitherto
unprecedented form. At the same time, it offers an exceptional range of
up to 318* miles (WLTP). As the first purely electric Gran Coupé from
BMW M, this exceptional vehicle creates a class of its very own.
The BMW i4 M50 features two BMW M eDrive engines and numerous M specific
technology to deliver a completely new driving experience.
Accelerating from 0 to 62mph in 3.9 seconds, with BMW M typical
precision and a highly emotive driving sound powered by BMW M
IconicSounds Electric.
Rounding off the dynamic appearance are exclusive design elements in
Cerium Grey and striking M features from the closed M kidney grille
through to the M rear spoiler.
BMW MeDrive.
The BMW i4 M50 is based on the fifth-
generation BMW eDrive technology. In
Sport-Boost mode, the two powerful BMW
MeDrive motors on the front and rear axle
deliver 544 PS (400 kW), while serenely
going from 0 to 62mph in a mere 3.9
seconds. At the same time, its all-electric
range of up to 318* miles (WLTP) gives it
that everyday practicality.
BMW M Iconic Sounds Electric.
BMW M Iconic Sounds Electric has created a
highly emotive world of sound for the BMW
i4 M50 via the audio system The sound
characteristics are adapted via the Driving
Experience Control: ranging from powerfully
dynamic with clear load feedback in SPORT
mode to harmonious acoustics with slight
load feedback in COMFORT mode or
completely silent in ECO PRO mode.
Adaptive with M suspension with specific setup.
The adaptive M suspension of the BMW i4
M50 and the variable sport steering with M
Sport brake ensure the greatest possible
precision when driving. The specific tuning of
all chassis and system components as well
as specific body stiffness measures
guarantee an M-typical driving experience at
the highest level.
BMW 14 M50 drivetrain.
The high-performance drivetrain of the 14
M50 guarantees fast power delivery. The
rear-biased setup of the all-wheel drive
highlights the sporty character, while the
combination of a large high-voltage battery
with a high range ensures driving pleasure
even on longer tours.
M Sport brake.
The M Sport brake has four-piston fixed
calipers at the front and single-piston
floating calipers at the rear in Blue high-
gloss with the M logo. Adapted to the
vehicle's very high dynamic potential, it
allows an exceptional athletic driving style
and excellent braking on wet surfaces.
M Technology package.
The M Technology package includes 19" M
light alloy wheels Double-spoke style 861 M.
with sport tyres. In addition, the M Sport
brake on the front axle is further reinforced
thanks to larger brake discs. Exclusive 20" M
light alloy wheels Double-spoke style 868 M
with sport tyres are optionally available.
