I have an existing workshop booking. Does my booking still stand?

Unfortunately, we are no longer able to accommodate bookings and appointments at our Cambridge workshop. You can re-book the work needed at any of our other SEAT/CUPRA stores including Braintree who are Authorised Repairers for SEAT & CUPRA.

I purchased my vehicle on finance; will the closure impact my finance agreement?

Close

Your finance agreement will not be impacted by any closures. Your finance agreement is between you and the finance provider, as detailed on your finance agreement when you purchased your vehicle. You should continue to make your monthly payments as normal. If your finance agreement is no longer suitable to your personal requirements and you need to discuss your options, please refer to the contact details on your vehicle finance agreement.

I recently sold my vehicle to you and am awaiting payment. What happens now?

If you recently sold your car to us, your payment will still be processed and paid in the usual way.
