Marshall Audi continues to look for ways to improve the experience that its customers enjoy at all of our Centres. We want to free up our Centre service teams to spend more time with our customers when they visit, by helping them answer the many phone calls they receive each day.
With this in mind, we are pleased to announce the launch of our new centralised Audi Service & MOT Booking Centre Service.
You may have already noticed that recently service calls to remind you of your upcoming service and/or MOT have not come from your local Centre telephone number, while we have been implementing the rollout and testing all of our systems.
The benefits of the Booking Centre Service will be:
-Dedicated focus on service bookings by Audi trained and competent staff
-Customers to receive a service reminder contact prior to you arriving at the service due date
-More time for our Centre’s teams to tend to your needs during your visit
-Opportunities to reduce “lead times” by having visibility of availability and courtesy services at neighbouring Marshall Audi Centres (if appropriate)
We recognise that this may cause some initial questions, as you will be called from a number that you may not recognise, but very quickly we are sure that you see our Booking Centre Service as a welcome addition to the highest levels of service expected from Marshall Audi.
