21st November 2017
Over 200 guests helped to celebrate the official opening of the new £8.5m Marshall Exeter Audi terminal building, almost double the size of the former centre and with extensive customer parking. The event helped to showcase the latest Audi Terminal concept and the glittering 15-car showroom.
The relocation of the existing Audi Centre in Exeter represents a substantial investment for Marshall, and members of the board were present on the night, demonstrating their commitment to customers and colleagues. John Fairman, Head of Business at Exeter Audi, gave a welcome speech, saying how proud he was of the building; he was joined by Andrew Doyle, Director of Audi UK, who also said a few words.
Guests were welcomed with wine and canapés by Posh Nosh, was well as entertained by talented singer Simon Dee, and held spell-bound with close-up magic from the mesmerising magician, Dan Brazier.
Guided tours in the high-tech workshop, throughout the evening, stimulated burning questions from car enthusiasts. Fun, interactive mini-workshops to discover more about how Audi Connect and Virtual Cockpit can improve the Audi driving experience, also proved very popular.
Each guest received a fabulous goody-bag and entered an exciting free prize draw for the chance to win a ‘R8 Drive Experience’, which helped to make it a night to remember!
