At Marshall we understand it can sometimes be difficult to find the time to keep your vehicle in good health. That's why we offer a free complimentary Electronic Vehicle Health Check (eVHC) each time you visit us. When our experienced technicians have looked over your car, we'll create an easy-to-follow report highlighting any problems that we've spotted.

What's included in a Vehicle Health Check?

Many areas of your car will be thoroughly checked over by our fully trained technicians:

• Bodywork
• Brakes
• Tyres
• Exhaust
• Steering
• Suspension
• Lights
• Fluid Level

Your eVHC results

When your vehicle has been through the eVHC it will be assessed on a traffic light system to show the condition and assess any further actions to be taken.

Each area examined will be denoted as either:

• Green – No Action Required
• Amber– May require attention now or at a later date
• Red – Requires immediate attention

We call you once the check is complete and provide you with a copy when you come to pick up your vehicle.

As the experts in Audi, we offer a complimentary Health Check whenever you come to us.

It’s a quick safety inspection where we’ll look at key areas of your Audi, giving them each a rating of red, amber or green. That way, you’ll have a snapshot of your car’s health and how urgent any work is.

When work is required we won’t just tell you, we’ll show you. It’s thanks to Audi Cam, which enables our Technicians to record a short video of any issue that’s worth bringing to your attention. They’ll then send it to you so you can authorise any work from your computer or mobile device. That way, you’re always in complete control.
