WE ARE DELIGHTED TO ANNOUNCE THAT OUR SALES & AFTERSALES OPERATIONS ARE NOW OPEN.

We are pleased to announce that all Marshall Sales & Aftersales operations will be reopening for all customers from today, Monday 1 June 2020.

Since 23 March, 62 of strategic aftersales hubs have remained open and providing vital aftersales support to the emergency services, commercial vehicle operators, vulnerable customers and key workers. In line with the most recent Government advice and guidance, we will be reopening all Marshall aftersales operations to provide a full suite of aftersales services to all customers, including Service, Repair, MOT & Parts operations, Trade Parts operations & Paint & Body Repair Centres.

AFTERSALES OPERATIONS - REOPENED FROM TUESDAY 26 MAY

Aftersales booking lines opened from Tuesday 26 May and we look forward to taking your calls and booking your vehicles in.

We will be operating a timed appointment system to minimise social contact and it is important you arrive at our service centres at the agreed time. We will continue to give booking priority to verified NHS staff and key workers.

Please note, in the short term in the interests of safety, we will be unable to offer a collection and delivery service.


Social Distancing

We will be taking extensive measures to ensure the health and wellbeing of our customers and colleagues at all our sites by implementing strict social distancing guidelines and other preventive measures in our facilities to ensure we can operate safely. All of our sites have made layout changes for 2 metres spacing, implemented clear signage and introduced enhanced front-of-house and back-of-house cleaning procedures and ‘no touch’ policy to ensure that social distancing rules are followed.​

Protection

In addition to implementing the strict social distancing measures, we have ethically sourced and invested heavily in enhanced cleaning procedures, the supply of hand sanitiser stations, isopropyl alcohol-based sprays, gloves, facemasks and protective safety screens to ensure our sites are as safe as possible to receive visitors.​

Your vehicle

All vehicles will be subject to cleaning procedures and protection before we handle it and before it is returned to you. This will include external touch areas, door handles, seats, steering wheel, gear lever, handbrake etc.



SALES OPERATIONS - REOPENED ON MONDAY 1 JUNE

In accordance with the latest Government guidance announced on the 24th May, our showrooms reopened from Monday 1 June.

We have been working on our detailed reactivation plans for a number of weeks with the safety and security of our colleagues and customers at the heart of those plans.

We are confident that, in accordance with the Prime Minister's announcement, our businesses are COVID-19 secure and we look forward to reopening our sales operations from 1 June.

You can buy a new or used car, motorcycle or commercial vehicle, value your part exchange and organise your finance from the comfort of your home, and collect your vehicle with a contactless and hygienic handover process. Additionally, we will shortly be processing vehicles that were due to be collected just before and during the lockdown and we will be making contact with you, to arrange the safe handover of your new vehicle.
