Oil Service and Inspection² will help prevent any little problems turning into big ones. The recommended service interval is every 12 months or 10,000 miles (whichever comes first).

Check final drive oil level. Electric Car Servicing⁴
Your electric car will require regular servicing, just like a petrol or diesel car. We carry out all the usual roadworthiness checks. The recommended interval service for your electric vehicle is every 24 months or 20,000 miles (whichever comes first).

4. Electric Vehicle services includes the usual legal requirements checks, such as wear on the braking system, your headlights and tyre condition, also charging cable, high-voltage battery, cables and components. Electric vehicles do not need an oil change. e-Up & e‑Golf services include Pollen Filters change (where necessary).
Cambelt
Not changing your cambelt could cause a fair bit of damage to your engine. Thankfully, all you have to do is bring it to one of our retailers and they’ll change it for you.

Cambelt with Water Pump⁵
Your water pump is driven by the cambelt and provides circulation of the fluids which cool your engine. In some cases, a water pump can seize, which can cause the cambelt to stop suddenly and break. For this reason, it makes sense to replace the water pump at the same time as the cambelt. Completing both jobs at the same time gives you total peace of mind.
Customers who reach the recommended mileage limit on their vehicle’s cambelt before the 4 or 5 years may be advised to change their cambelt and tensioner sooner.

5. Cambelt and tensioner change pricing is available for all Volkswagen vehicles aged 3-15 years old, up to and including 2.0 litre engines (excludes all electric & hybrid models, Phaeton, T‑Cross, T‑Roc, Tiguan and Touareg). Cambelt with Water Pump also excludes all up! models and selected Golf A7 petrol engines and is based on a change every 4 years for cars registered before September 2009, 5 years thereafter.
Brake fluid change
Over time moisture gets into your brake fluid making it less effective. However, we’ll be more than happy to change it for you, all you need to do is contact one of our retailers.

1. Service Plan covers two years servicing limited to: 1 x Service, 1 x Brake Fluid change for Electric Vehicles; 1 x Oil and Inspection Service and 1 x Oil and Inspection Service with Supplementary Scope for all Petrol, Diesel and eHybrid vehicles. Touareg Service Plan available for £149.
National Pricing is available for all Volkswagen vehicles 3-15 years old, up to and including 2.0 litre engines (Excludes electric models, hybrid models, XL1, Phaeton and Touareg).
All our prices are inclusive of parts, oil, labour and VAT (unless otherwise stated).
We only use Volkswagen genuine parts, which come with our two-year parts and labour warranty (after the manufacturer warranty has expired) excluding wear and tear items.
Programme is valid from 9th January 2023 to 31st December 2023 and may be varied or withdrawn at any time. At participating Volkswagen Authorised Repairers only.
