Demonstrating a drive for continued innovation, Volkswagen are proud to introduce the T-Roc; a compact-class crossover to take on the challenges of both city and multi-terrain travel.
A fine example of Volkswagen’s competence in both technology and dynamics, the T-Roc is a trailblazer in its segment, with the compact SUV market set to balloon over the next 10 years. Situated comfortably below the Tiguan, Volkswagen’s original contribution to the field will offer an athletic silhouette, with a hub of clever, connected resources in the cabin; a true all-rounder, the T-Roc can be expected to perform impeccably across both front and all-wheel drive, offering plenty of versatility for the more adventurous owner.
Making a stunning impact from the second it enters your eye line, the T-Roc will be the first Volkswagen SUV to sport optional two-tone paintwork and contrasting roof section; if first impressions can last a lifetime, the T-Roc is a modern classic. Distinctive in darkness or daylight, a wide radiator grille is complimented by integrated dual headlights and an air of coupé class.
From inside, a digital cockpit with Active Info Display keeps you on top of your vehicle’s vital statistics. With connectivity at the core, the T-Roc will also seamlessly sync your smartphone with Volkswagen Car Net, hosting a glorious trove of online resources. In addition, a “Security & Service” package will ensure that you’re always protected by Emergency Service, Automatic Accident Notification and Roadside Assistance
Although a fresh take on the segment, the T-Roc still provides the staples you would hope for in an SUV. Luggage space is at the absolute top bar, with 445 litres on offer when all 5 seats are occupied; fold down the backrests for a 60/40 split and you will have an ample 1,290 litres. Compact on the outside, clever on the inside.
When it comes to driver assistance, the intelligence continues. Front Assist area monitoring with City Emergency Braking and Pedestrian Monitoring, Automatic Post-Collision Braking System and the lane keeping system Lane Assist ensure that you always have back-up when you need it.
Like things a little more personal? The T-Roc’s ‘Style’ and ‘Sport’ trims will cater to a variety of tastes and driver interests. ‘Style’ adds aesthetic flair, with interior panels available in a choice of colours; meanwhile, ‘Sport’ chips in with athletic finishing touches, such as standard sport comfort seats. The T-Roc, after all, has an immensely diverse character to enjoy.
Beneath the bonnet, the Volkswagen T-Roc is just as slick and efficient as you would hope. Three petrol engines (TSI) and three diesels (TDI) promise to be tenacious, turbocharged and reassuringly frugal, making every mile matter.

Volkswagen fuel consumption and CO2 emissions
"Fuel consumption and CO2 emissions figures are obtained under standardised EU test conditions (or, in cases of vehicles with WLTP type approval, are the NEDC figures provided pursuant to Government guidance until further notice). These figures facilitate direct comparison between different models from different manufacturers, but may not represent the actual fuel consumption achieved in 'real world' driving conditions. More information is available at www.volkswagen.co.uk/owners/wltp
Choosing a larger alloy wheels than standard may result in increased fuel consumption, higher CO2 emissions and subsequently the Vehicle Excise Duty (VED) and BIK rates paid for company car drivers. In some instances, the 'On the Road' cost paid for the vehicle may increase as a result of the increased VED rate. The configurator tool highlights any changes to CO2, VED or Price when selecting optional alloy wheels."
