The Marshall Group will be marking the centenary of the prestigious apprenticeship programme with the launch of Marshall Centre: www.marshallcentre.com, which will be a key part of our strategic commitment to the development of new and existing apprentices.
Over the past 100 years, through its Aerospace and Defence, Motor Retail and Fleet Solutions businesses, Marshall has helped 20,000 young people to complete their apprenticeships, equipping them for careers within the automotive and engineering sectors.
The new Marshall Centre will provide even more opportunities, extending the range of courses on offer to include degrees, professional management training and education, as well as a host of other accredited qualifications within aviation and other industries.
Kathy Jenkins, Marshall Group Chief Operating Officer said: “We are incredibly proud to have had a continuous annual intake of apprentices here at Marshall for 100 years now. Throughout this time, our apprentices have played a fundamental role in getting the business to where it is today.
“With the launch of the Marshall Centre we will be able to build on the legacy we have created and ensure we continue to provide more world-class learning opportunities than ever before.”
