Marshall Motor Holdings was named by Great Place to Work® as one of the UK’s Best Workplaces in the Large category (organisations with 500+ employees) in their annual Best Workplaces ranking announced at a gala dinner on 3rd May.
Ranked overall 22nd, this is the third consecutive year the company has achieved this honour and it is the seventh year in succession the company has achieved Great Place to Work status. This recognises Marshall as having a high trust, high engagement workplace culture.
The methodology behind this list is one of the most rigorous available, surveying all colleagues as opposed to a sample survey, and uniquely comprises both a colleague survey and an audit into the organisation’s management and HR practices. The award recognises the strength of leadership and the range of innovative, creative and effective HR policies which create the workplace culture.
