Congratulations to Ellie Baker, Group Digital Marketing Executive, based out of Marshall Maserati Oxford, who has just been awarded “Apprentice Award in Marketing” at the Freemen Apprentice Awards, by the Freeman of the City of Oxford, an historic craft guild organisation set up to promote and protect the role of apprenticeships.
Philip J. Deacon, Head of Marketing for Marshall Motor Group, said: “I was delighted to nominate Ellie for this award as she has put a tremendous amount of effort in on the development of Marshall Motor Group’s digital presence. Ellie passed her first year Digital Marketing apprenticeship with flying colours and became a full time member of staff in 2016 and is now studying Level 3 Digital Marketing qualification.”
Ellie said: “It was completely unexpected to be awarded Apprentice Award in Marketing but I am very thankful to have received it. I think it shows that the hard work you put in really does pay off and make it worthwhile. I also think it spreads awareness of Apprenticeships and shows what they can lead to.”
Marshall Marketing’s other apprentice graduate, Gabi Tranter, was also shortlisted for the award too.
