Zoe has over 18 years of experience working within the fleet sector for various Dealer Groups. Starting out at Arriva in 2000 as a Corporate Sales Administrator, she developed her career in Key Account Management with Reg Vardy and Pendragon before joining Marshall in 2010. Since then Zoe has developed and grown the Group Corporate Sales team to generate significant volumes for the Group and has offered a supporting role to the wider corporate administration, key account management and local business development teams.

Marshall Motor Group comprises of a total of 100 franchises covering 23 brands, operating from 84 locations across 26 counties in England. In addition, the Group operates five trade parts specialists, two used car centres, five standalone body shops and one pre delivery inspection centre.
In April 2018, the Group was recognised by the Great Place to Work® Institute, being ranked the 21st Best Place to Work in the UK (large company category). This was the eighth year in succession that the Group has achieved Great Place to Work status.
