Daksh Gupta, Marshall Chief Executive, listed in the Role Models for Inclusion in Retail Index 2022

We are delighted to share the news with you that Daksh Gupta, Marshall Chief Executive, has been featured in the inaugural edition of the Role Models for Inclusion in Retail Index, produced by Diversity in Retail in partnership with The MBS Group.

The Index features and celebrates people who have been identified as inspirational role models, who champion inclusion within their organisation and beyond. The Index includes people from all functions and levels who champion inclusion and promote and support initiatives to make a difference.

Marshall, who recently launched their ‘Inclusion without exception’ 3-year strategy, are committed to creating a culture of equality, diversity and inclusion among their workforce, together with eliminating discrimination. Their aim is for their workforce to be truly representative of all sections of society and their customers, and for each colleague to feel respected and able to give their best.
