Coulsdon Audi has made a significant investment in revamping its aftersales facilities and recruiting new staff, to further improve its service to customers.
In response to customer feedback, the Audi Centre has just installed three new ramps, expanded its service booking team and welcomed several new Audi-trained staff – all of whom have a wealth of Audi knowledge and experience – into the business.Leigh Bennett is the new Aftersales Manager, Necjet Issa and Salah Mohammed are the new Audi Technicians, and Gemma Knight and Michaella Jones have joined as front-of-house Audi Service Advisors.
As a result of these changes, the speed of response to telephone enquiries is now much faster, and the waiting time for Audi-qualified technicians to become available has been substantially reduced.
“Having been with the business since the Centre opened in 2009, this year has seen perhaps the most significant levels of growth in the customer volumes coming through our aftersales department,” Paul Barber, Head of Business at Coulsdon Audi, said. “We have taken on a lot of constructive feedback from our customers and reacted positively by investing in our facilities and our people. We have recruited new Audi-qualified personnel to significantly bolster our team in all areas – bookings, front-of-house and technicians – and can now focus on enhancing our customer experience as a result.”
